A seasoned entrepreneur who has held key roles in tech companies across Israel, the USA, and Europe. A graduate of Stef Wertheimer’s Entrepreneurship College and former chairman of the Northern Conflict Zone Communities Forum, he combines technological innovation with regional development, drawing on his extensive experience in both tech and senior management roles.

A seasoned entrepreneur and Unit 8200 alumnus, specializing in leading technology companies forward. Zvika is a tech professional at heart who makes things happen, focusing on business development, innovation processes, R&D, and creative thinking. He was among the founders of C-urVision, Be-Dare, SeaBridge and Radnet, and held senior management positions at Huawei, Nokia-Siemens, and ECI-TELECOM.

An experienced financial manager with over 10 years of financial management experience in tech companies. She has a deep understanding of financial models, budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa.
- COO
An expert in operations, administration, communications, and event production in both the public and private sectors. With over 20 years of experience, she enables entrepreneurs and business owners to focus on growing their startups rather than logistics. Anat holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and certification in Communications and Public Relations, managing day-to-day operations at i4Valley.
- Chief of Staff
A senior analyst with proven experience in key roles at leading companies such as Lemonade and AppsFlyer. He combines academic knowledge with practical experience, bringing advanced analytical capabilities and deep insights into the technology and startup industry. Ziv holds a Master’s degree in Economics with honors from the University of Haifa and is a certified wine enthusiast.
- Chief Investment Officer
An investment banker with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the capital markets, leading and executing transactions from early-stage funding rounds through IPOs and exits. Ronen is a results-driven operator who leads complex transactions end-to-end. Over the years, he has raised over $700 million for private and public companies, and was a partner in the establishment and fundraising of a $25 million investment fund. In addition, Ronen is a licensed commercial lawyer (LL.B.) and holds a B.A. in Economics.

A seasoned financial and legal expert with dual qualifications in law and accounting. A graduate of Bar Ilan University (LLM & LLB), he began his career at the Supreme Court before joining KPMG’s tax department. Since 2011, he serves as the global CFO of Wipro Givon’s Aerospace group, while also holding the position of a director at I4Valley, combining his expertise in finance, law, and global business management.

A distinguished legal expert specializing in High-Tech law and entrepreneurship with dual degrees from Haifa University (LLB and Economics) and an LLM from Tel-Aviv University. He leads the firm’s High-Tech practice serving startups and mature companies across diverse sectors, while actively mentoring at various accelerators and innovation hubs. As a key connector in the ecosystem, he maintains strategic relationships with partners in the US, UAE, and China, where he scouts Israeli technologies for major corporations.
