The Challenge

We seek the next innovative ventures that utilize AI and large language model (LLM) based solutions. We aim to find ventures built to solve future critical workforce shortages, break production bottlenecks & optimize the value chain by combining AI and human expertise to maximize efficiency, provide management insights, improve worker skills, and empower workers in general.


Prizes

The winning ventures will receive a term sheet from i4Valley that includes

An initial investment of 50,000 NIS

Potential for early-stage funding up to 3 million NIS

Who Can Apply

Individual entrepreneurs with ideas or early-stage companies with up to 4 co-founders, prior to receiving substantial investment.

What to Submit?


Applicants should submit a presentation detailing their venture according to a provided deck template, addressing clear evaluation criteria.

When and where is VentureHack taking place?


Demo Day takes place between 12 to 4 pm, and includes a pitching event, followed by the winners announcement.

We welcome solutions across a broad spectrum:

  • Applications spanning multiple industry verticals

  • Technologies that contribute to autonomous factory development
  • Any innovative approach using AI/LLMs to transform industrial operations

VentureHack is a multi-phase event running from October 30, 2024, to January 9, 2025. Workshops will be held online or in a central area. The final Demo Day will be held in a central area (or Karmiel, if possible)


We’re seeking next-generation AI and large language model (LLM) solutions that address severe workforce shortages across industries. Our goal is to transform industrial operations and shape the future of autonomous factories. Your solution should:

  • Solve process bottlenecks
  • Provide management and business decision insights

Submissions are evaluated based on four key factors: Significant Problem and Pain

  • Does the solution address a critical industry challenge?
  • Is it solving a substantial workforce-related problem?
  • What is the potential impact on industrial operations? 
 

Solution Generalizability

  • Can the solution be applied across multiple industry verticals?
  • How adaptable is it to different manufacturing contexts?
  • What is the range of potential applications?
 

Integration Complexity

  • How easily can the solution be implemented?
  • What are the technical requirements for integration?
  • Lower complexity is viewed more favorably
 

Market Potential

  • What is the total addressable market?
  • Is there clear demand across industries?
  • Does the solution have significant growth potential?
